The screw is an important component in PP PE pelletizing line, and its working mechanism relies on the pressure and shear force generated by the rotation of the screw.The pressure can enable the wast plastic material to be fully plasticized and uniformly mixed.



Common types of screws include combination screws.They are composed of several threaded components fitted onto a core shaft. The commonly used threaded components of combination screws include conveying blocks and meshing blocks. By arranging and combining different specifications of conveying blocks and meshing blocks on the core shaft of the screw, the screw has different effects, so that different screws can be combined for different materials to achieve the desired materials production effect.



Combined with special design screw, the extruder can ensure reliable and stable quality of final products.Besides the special design of screw,our screw used in the extruder is made of 38CrMoAl .It make the machine more durable.
