PET sheet & bottle washing line is a series of plastic processing machinery and euqipment including Trommer, Pre-washer, Bale Opener, Dewatering Machine, Floating Washing Tank, Hot Air Dryer, Frication Washer, Label Separator, Label Remover, Hot Washing Tank.The PET flakes washing process of this washing line for plastic bottle is a critical step in recycling PET from post-consumer bottles and containers,include Pre-sorting,Size Reduction (Shredding),Pre-washing,Float-Sink Separation,Hot Washing,Rinsing,Friction Washing,Drying,Final Sorting (Optional but recommended).The goal of this step is to remove impurities like labels, adhesives, caps, residual liquids, and other contaminants so that the PET flakes are clean and aplicable for manufacturing new products liking sheets through the plastic bottles recycling machine.
